We stayed for one night and loved the location – super close to the college! The room was nice, but we found some dirty sheets for the pullout couch, which was a bummer. The breakfast was pretty good, just enough to start the day. Wish the sink hadn’t been clogged, though. Overall, not a bad option!

Our family stay was delightful! The staff ensured our accommodations were comfortable, and the room suited us perfectly with cozy beds. We loved the nearby dining options, easily exploring local favorites. Pro tip, Arrive early to secure the best parking spots closer to the stadium!

great access to parks and attractions for city explorers
I loved that the hotel was close to both Victor Ashe Park, where I enjoyed a peaceful walk, and Life Down On The Farm, which was a fun landmark to visit nearby, making my city strolls truly enjoyable.

Family with children should consider it
The staff were very nice, went out their way to help us. The pool area was really nice, it was like a mini resort.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but still worth it.

My family enjoyed the comfort of our room after a long drive. We even took some time to visit the Knoxville Zoo, which my kids loved! The staff was friendly, making check-in and check-out quick and easy.
My kids wished there were longer pool hours for a fun evening swim. It would have been great for families to have that option.

Had a great time with friends! We loved the pool and the location. We checked out the Knoxville Zoo, which was amazing. We also found the staff friendly, and the hotel was pretty clean overall after a busy day. Perfect for relaxing after exploring the area!
One downside was the musty smell in the non-smoking room. It was a little off-putting, but it didn't ruin our stay.

I loved the spacious One-Bedroom King Suite, especially since it was beside the pool! The only downside was that the second TV in the spa area wasn’t working, but it didn’t ruin our anniversary stay. 🥳

It was just a decent option for a transient stop in Knoxville with great value for the money. The indoor heated pool was nice, but the water quality seemed questionable. Be sure to ask about pool hours before counting on it.

I stayed with my partner for two nights. The friendly staff, and the room was clean and comfortable. We didn't get to use the pool due to an unexpected closure, but the overall experience was positive. A few maintenance issues needed attention, though.

missingWrote a review on Jun 14mold smell
Unfortunately, the room had a noticeable smell of humidity, likely due to mold issues evident near the sink and under it. The bathroom door malfunctioned and wouldn’t close properly, which is bothersome for privacy. Overall, the state of the room felt neglected, making it less enjoyable than it could have been.

Clean, Cozy, Convenient
I loved my stay in the King Room, Non-Smoking! The updates in the hotel really shine with fresh paint and plush new carpet. Breakfast was a delight. Grabbing coffee and pastries to kickstart my day was perfect!

missingWrote a review on Apr 16comfortable bedclean bathroomfriendly staffhigh depositbasic breakfast
The one-bedroom king suite was a solid size and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was really clean, which I appreciated. Staff was friendly, but the breakfast options were pretty basic and nothing fancy. I was a bit thrown off by the $200 deposit after I had already paid for the room, and the overall vibe could be better, especially with some cleanliness issues noted in common areas. Still, you can't beat the size of the room but just be prepared for a few surprises.
